Full Journal pdf2010-04-18 Senate Journal Page 2500 SB 159 Message dated April 18 was read stating the House passed and returned for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 159 "An Act increasing the maximum funeral expenses payable as a workers' compensation death benefit; and providing for an effective date" with the following amendment: SENATE BILL NO. 159 am H "An Act relating to medical and rehabilitation information in workers' compensation matters; increasing the maximum funeral expenses payable as a workers' compensation death benefit; and providing for an effective date." (Title Change HCR 36) Senator Ellis moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 159 am H Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to SB 159? Effective Date YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Coghill, Davis, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, French, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wagoner, Wielechowski and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting SENATE BILL NO. 159 am H "An Act relating to medical and rehabilitation information in workers' compensation matters; increasing the maximum funeral expenses payable as a workers' compensation death benefit; and providing for an effective date." 2010-04-18 Senate Journal Page 2501 Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
